Wasting a renewable resource Local government has access to one of the most inventive populations in the world. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, inhibition, insecurity, lack of real authority, professionals cannot fully utilize this resource. In our experience, professionals neglect feedback, in particular complaint or suggested improvement.
